1. Late audience

Audiences who are late or leave midway must be determined according to the performance of each show in the venue.
Some shows have no intermission and no chance to enter the venue.
After the performance starts, in order to avoid affecting the performers and the audience, late audiences may not be able to check in their seats.
Please follow the instructions of the on-site service staff to enter the venue and wait for the appropriate passage or intermission before changing to the designated seat.

2. Personal electronic equipment

During the performance, photography, video recording and audio recording are not allowed.
Please turn off personal electronic equipment or devices that make noises.
In addition, the phone's screen light will affect the other performers and audiences enjoy the show, please turn off your mobile phone or turn it to silent, and avoid using your mobile phone during the performance.

3. Diet

Smoking and eating are not allowed in the auditorium of the concert hall. In addition to maintaining the cleanliness of the hall, it is also a respect for artists and other audiences.

4. Offering flowers or giving gifts

For safety reasons, if the audience needs to present flowers or gifts, please hand them to the service staff,  service staff will forward them to the background.

5. Lost Property

Customers who have lost their items, please call the customer service number during the opening hours of the venue to contact the service staff.
